My name is Izabela Orlowska
I am passionate about guiding individuals and organisations on their journeys to developing intercultural competences to successfully navigate multicultural interactions.
It is my mission to guide you into the world of cultural diversity. Drawing on the past 20 years of experience and the existing teaching models, I have developed a methodology that allows for a deep-dive into cultural difference and provides actionable, practical and applicable tools to guide you on the journey to intercultural competences.
Diversity and cooperation across cultures can be highly enriching. It also creates challenges in terms of expectations, working practices and communication styles.
